JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr Producer, Post Production is responsible for managing the creative execution of compelling video, still content and additional media assets for Universal Destinations & Experiences. This creator works both independently and with creative partners to produce and/or edit commercials, promos, sizzle reels, motion graphics, animations, social ads, short and long-form narrative content and more for broadcast, social and in-park channels. Creates content that meets the consumer marketing goals for UDX's domestic and international parks and products while maintaining the global brand standards of UDX and their license partners. Manages internal and external resources, project timelines, budgets as well as provides creative oversight to ensure all content meets the high bar of excellence set forth by the brand.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with Executive Producer, Creative Production, Content Development, and Internal Stakeholders to develop media content that meets strategic goals and aligns with the standards of the UDX global brand. Plays an active role in the curation and maintenance of the organization's content asset library.
Owns and actively manages all post-production needs for a project including but not limited to; editorial, music composition, voice over production, sound design, color correction, visual effects and more. Manages internal and external resources and provides oversight for timelines & budgets while ensuring strong alignment to creative and strategic goals.
Is an expert at the craft of video production and contributes executional knowledge and insight at all stages of the creative process by collaborating with stakeholders, strategists, and production partners to facilitate creation of dynamic media products.
Has a thorough understanding of the UDX brand and its products. Can anticipate legal and licensor concerns and can ensure a consistent adherence to UDX brand and legal standards.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Advertising, Production or Art & Design required
EXPERIENCE:
7+ years experience in production, design, or advertising field.
Has experience leading production teams; or equivalent combination of education and experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Works long off-hours on production shoots including nights & weekends
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
