Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design process of new features and enhancements from concept to release, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences.3. Utilize your knowledge of dAPP and Web3 technologies to inform your design decisions and create innovative solutions.4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions.5. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design vision.6. Advocate for the user at all stages of the design process, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the forefront of all design decisions.7. Continually iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and technological constraints.8. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their careers.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years experience as a product designer2. Experience designing workflow heavy, technical user experiences3. Be comfortable problem solving in a novel domain4. A product you designed that is publicly available5. Experience designing dApp web3 products and services is preferred
