We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with exceptional design skills, along with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization. As a Sr. Designer, you will own product features from conception, user research, UI and visual design, engineering handoffs, QA, and testing. This is an individual contributor role where you're happy to roll up your sleeves and get design work done to help us deliver high-quality products faster and faster. You'll also be collaborating closely with the rest of the design team to set up processes, build and contribute to a new design system, and create a stellar design culture at Flow!

\n ResponsibilitiesHelp drive the user experience of our product from conception to launch in partnership with product management and engineeringDeeply understand our users (residents, onsite staff, et. al.), their pain points, and how they use the productConduct and evangelize user research to ensure a common and thorough understanding of our usersContribute to the development and evolution of our brand, voice, and strategy as Flow evolves as a company and productCollaborate effectively with other teams at Flow and help establish processes for these teams to engage and work with DesignHelp us define Flow's brand's story and naturally evangelize our brandCreate, implement, and evolve design systems Ideal Background7+ years of relevant work in a creative field, with a diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates experience across some combination of mobile apps, web, experiential marketing, advertising, social, and salesBachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related fieldStrong communicator and collaborator; experience working with executives and leadersBe willing to embrace the startup mentality and roll up your sleeves with a can-do attitudeA keen eye for detail and craftsmanship while also considerate of deadlines and constraintsFamiliarity with marketing technology platforms and operationsPassion for reflecting and iteratively improving your processExperience in creating features or entire products from 0-1Experience in FinTech and/or PropTech a plus
