The Senior Product Designer essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
What we think you'll need: A design portfolio with a range of artifacts creating user-centered design solutions highlighting strong problem solving, interaction and visual design skillsExperience with running and synthesizing UX researchDemonstrated ability to drive the design process, facilitate the gathering of design requirements, and achieve consensusExperience designing and shipping features with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge casesExperience shipping responsive web and native app experiencesWe use Figma and hopefully you do tooAt least 5 years of experience in digital product design What we expect in this role: Partner with your "Iron Triangle" (Design, Product Management, and Engineering) to lead the user experience of a product area from conception to launchCreate user flows, wireframes, site maps, customer journey maps, and other artifacts to guide the product development processTranslate gathered requirements into effective visual designs while following (and contributing to) established design guidelinesFacilitate discussions around your designs with a cross-disciplinary product team and have an understanding of how your proposed solutions are built, and what their technical limitations areDefine user needs in the context of our customer's business goalsDevelop and report on user success metrics (qualitative and quantitative) You'll really impress us if you have: Experience working in real estate or enterprise softwareKnowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScriptExcellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills; demonstrated success in building buy-in for an innovative, bold, strategic visionStrong bias for action; ability to prioritize projects and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Don't meet every single requirement?
