Cambium Networks seeks an experienced product management leader to join our Enterprise product management team to drive software monetization and subscription services across the company. At Cambium, with our ONE Network platform, we are innovating to simplify how enterprise networks are deployed and managed. You will be part of a team of product managers, developers, and engineers that are evolving the next generation of enterprise networking solutions in the context of the whole network including Wi-Fi, switching, security, SD-WAN, wireless backhaul, and cloud management.
The core of our ONE Network and subscription services strategy is cnMaestro – a cloud native network management and advanced services platform serving both our enterprise business and fixed wireless portfolio. In this role, you will support all aspects of the cnMaestro lifecycle: ideation, technical specifications, business case, market launch, sales and commercial business analysis, demand generation, go-to-market enablement, and be responsible for the platform's pro forma P&L performance. You will participate in a virtual cross-functional team and contribute to maximizing the P&L of a high-growth enterprise networking portfolio. Critical metrics will include total contract value (TCV), average annual revenue (ARR), churn, and attach rates to discreet product platforms.
Working closely with chief architect, development leads, the broader product management team, and our IT team, you will lead the subscription growth of cnMaestro as it extends its service offerings to incorporate generative AI to assist in analysis and decision support, extend service offerings to new product platforms, and incorporate extensions to ecosystem partners.

Scope of Responsibilities & Position ExpectationsLead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing SaaS product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business impact.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather insights and ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals.Investigate and specify subscription and payment models that optimize revenue and customer ease of doing business with Cambium.Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launches.Engage and support Supply Operations, Finance (accounts receivable), and IT in the service delivery and business operations function.Drive product initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.Oversee the entire software product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and market positioning.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of product releases.Develop and manage budgets related to software product development and go-to-market activities. Knowledge/ Skill RequirementBachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in product management within the Networking and SaaS industry, with at least 5-7 years in leadership roles.Experience with subscription and payment models and relevant operations platforms.Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that resulted in business growth.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. $140,000 - $165,000 a year
The annual salary range for this position in the US is dependent on a number of factors including location and experience. This position will also be eligible for bonus. The Company has a bonus plan, with issuance of awards contingent on company achievement of established targets, and an employee's own individual performance.
