Role Overview:
As the AI Product Manager at FuturHealth, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence products that enhance our weight management services.
You will collaborate closely with our engineering, data science, and healthcare teams to develop innovative AI solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline our telehealth offerings
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI product strategies tailored to weight management and telehealth servicesLead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products that enhance our weight loss medication services and personalized diet plansDefine product roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with technical and business teams1Analyze market trends and competitive conditions in the telehealth and weight management sectorsWork closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure AI functionalities are built to the highest standards and comply with healthcare regulationsConduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve our AI-powered solutionsDevelop business cases to secure funding for new AI initiatives in telehealth and weight managementRequirement and Skills: 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare technology or AI-driven productsStrong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies, particularly in healthcare applicationsAdvanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in applying AI to weight management challengesStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision makingFamiliarity with telehealth platforms and weight management solutions is a plusThe pay range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000 total compensation range.
