We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader that is passionate about products, brands, and food. The candidate must be located in or near Seattle or willing to relocate to a Seattle-based office. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, growth-minded Sr. Product Manager to help identify concepts and bring them to commercialization. In this role, you will be in charge of identifying new product development opportunities for Amazon Fresh Private Brands, bringing them to market, and managing the products' business financials.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development skills, outstanding project management abilities, and be comfortable managing, deep diving, and speaking to a large P&L (inputs and output drivers). They should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
