Senior Product Manager, Aviation

Details of the offer

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Product Manager that's obsessed with enabling frictionless travel experiences for members through our digital identity and proofing systems. You have a strong technical background and are comfortable supporting architectural decisions on back-end services. You never lose sight of the customer experience when making decisions. You can effortlessly balance trade-offs to make big decisions. You are interested in complex, consumer-oriented problems – and you think big, execute and excel in both ambiguous and highly constrained scenarios.
Ideal candidates possess vision, grit and attention to detail to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy engaging with a group of cross functional stakeholders, customers, and evangelizing their needs. You balance abstract strategic thinking with outstanding execution – holding yourself and your group accountable to delivering successful outcomes.
You're a tenacious, metrics-driven, enterprising, self-starter who is obsessed with the art of the possible and relentless execution to drive the impact of our consumer products and experiences.
What you'll do:

Define the product roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals, in collaboration with our internal and external partners.
Maintain compliance as a core tenant of the airport platform. Establish processes and tools to ensure we are anticipating and not reacting.
Create alerting and reporting for all assurance/platform dependencies so we can trace easily. Own the data and dashboards.
Identify key performance indicators that will allow the team to hone in on areas of need and focus.
Support all types of CLEAR enrollment models. Work cross functionally and partner with teams outside of aviation to evangelize best practices and core requirements.
Build for a seamless tie-in between airport experiences and the rest of CLEAR.
Identify blockers that limit our groups ability to deliver magical member experiences - whether it's updating an account, enrolling, or verifying.
Develop experiments and prototypes to shed light on complex issues where data isn't readily available or obvious.

How you'll measure success:
You will develop success metrics for your team. Your top goal is to drive a seamless and delightful customer experience. It is critical to ensure systems maintain high availability, stability, and compliance while empowering internal and external customers to self-serve wherever possible. Partner with stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that extend value for customers and contribute to the broader ecosystem within the travel and aviation space.
