What You'll Do
Being a relationship manager, facilitator, and mediator, youwill seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through the partnership between technology and business units in defining strategy and building solutions.
With organizational and project goals lighting the way, the ideal candidate will drive the documentation and evaluate potential solutions-always working to bridge the gap with improved efficiency and productivity.
You will also ensure assigned projects are on schedule, with high-quality work products, within prescribed resource limits, and in accordance with requirements and standards.
Guide Client Agreement product roadmap to meet Regulatory and Compliance requirements delivered via unique Hightower advisor user experiences.
Partner with stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., Operations, Compliance, etc.)
to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
Communicate and engage with steering-level stakeholders across different departments to ensure the business goals are aligned with the product roadmap and execution.
Serve as an expert and communicate business processes and systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with corporate and field-facing colleagues for optimized systems integration.
Manage business user engagement throughout the full release life cycle, from scoping, requirement gathering, design, user testing, change management, and postproduction support.
Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
Assist the project manager in developing detailed project estimates and work plans and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet clients' and users' business needs and quality expectations.
Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements from stakeholders.
Work to proactively address potential questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Assist in research, recommendation, and application of new technologies if applicable.
Strive to improve technical skills as well as knowledge of business processes.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years' experience in the wealth management industry.
Understanding of regulatory rules, policies, and industry best practices around Client agreements and documentation.
Relationship management skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and expectations.
Strong attention to detail.
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.
