As a Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions, you will be in a leadership position in Global Customer Experience as part of Global Content and Channel Solutions team.
The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will be commercially focused and represent both business and customer needs globally to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the content supply chain.
They will facilitate workshops (in person and via WebEx) to keep the marketers globally informed and engaged on the tools available and how to utilize them.
The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will be an expert in key disciplines such as content solution, data management, usability, accessibility, content automation and analytics.
This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.
What You'll Do Manage multiple responsibilities and business processes related to content supply chain solutions.Act as an expert in Global Strategic Operations and consultant for affiliate countries.Be knowledgeable in content tagging methodologies to track content.Ensure business monitoring of content performance, key service level agreements, and key performance indicators.Manage team budget.Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels within internal departments and external agencies and explain complex elements in a simple way.Have digital marketing experience either at an agency or client directly executing digital projects.Possess product management or medical device marketing experience.Exhibit strong presentation and communication skills, proactive and resourceful with a "can do" attitude.Show strong interest and enthusiasm for content automation and increasing efficiency in operational processes.Be innovative and able to think openly and broadly.Have strong technical aptitude, experience with content platforms (e.g., Veeva, Adobe ecosystem, Braze, Sales Force, Sprinklr, Decibel, etc.
