Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the Electric Yard Hostler (EYH) product strategy, product vision, and roadmap. This individual will be proficient at influencing cross-functionally and deliver strong results. This individual must have the ability to dive deep in understanding the product and the competitive landscape and build best-in-class scalable electric truck solutions.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for the Electric Yard Hostler (EYH) Transition Strategy for Middle Mile (MM) North America Surface Transportation (NAST), covering all of Amazon's hostler operations within North America. The transition strategy will include planning the transition from Amazon's legacy diesel truck fleet to a state-of-the-art electric truck fleet, as well as planning for the incremental growth of the fleet in support of our long term vision. The role will be responsible for all EYH product evaluation, vendor evaluation, specifications, RFP evolutions, and procurement efforts with EYH manufacturers in North America. They will work very closely with internal Amazon teams including Infrastructure, Safety, Maintenance, Operations, Training, and others, to help establish systems, processes, and mechanisms that ensure efficient deployment of EYHs into the operational fleet on time, on quality and on budget.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
