The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager II - Payables Contributions and Systems  (Remote - USA / CANADA) Do you love tackling complex and technically challenging problems? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to help Wrapbook scale and grow in one of our core product areas! This person must have hands-on experience leading a technical product at a software company. With proven success in breaking down and solving complex problems. 
What you'll do:Own and drive the roadmap and vision for configuration, enabling efficient and scalable system setup for calculators, agreements, and job classifications. Your work will empower our operations teams to deliver accurate payroll processing at scale.
Partner with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, Client Operations, and leadership—to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions. Provide guidance for engineering and design, developing clear and detailed product requirements that support configuration and setup needs.
Relentlessly pursue a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems, focusing on reducing the complexity and pain points in project configuration.
Use data-driven insights to prioritize the most impactful problems, track product performance, and implement enhancements that align with Wrapbook's growth objectives.
What you'll have:5+ years of product management experience working closely with engineering teams on technically-complex products
Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization
Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas.
Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate
Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion
Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industries
Bonus points:Experience working within labor contracts, legal documents or regulatory requirements to gather requirements for cross-functional teams
Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders
Experience writing SQL
Experience using Notion
