RVO Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support Healthline Media (Healthline.com, MedicalNewsToday.com, PsychCentral.com, Greatist.com).
This team is focused on connecting our 100M+ monthly visitors with advertisers in the Chronic Condition and Health & Wellness space through the development of an industry leading advertiser product suite that is unique to our brands and the needs of our users.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule.
We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do Accelerate the growth of our fast growing media business by building innovative product capabilities that resonate with our scaled consumer base and meet the sophisticated needs of our global brand advertisers.
Work alongside product marketing, editorial, design, engineering and other product teams to grow our advertising business while delivering a best in class consumer experience.
Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our audience and advertisers with both quantitative and qualitative data and evangelize those learnings within the organization.
Align stakeholders, set the product roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with business teams, engineers and/or independent contractors to ship high-quality experiences.
Own and write product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate on launch and go-to-market strategy.
Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results to improve your products.
You have experience in conducting AB tests at scale.
Own a portfolio of ad and sponsorship products, and AdTech integrations in targeting and attribution What We're Looking For 5+ years product management experience, with at least 3 years leading consumer facing ad-supported products in the media/publishing or AdTech experience You understand the online advertising space, including ad targeting and measurement and how its evolving - 3rd party cookie deprecation, consumer privacy protections, and more You grok (and rock) the process of research and testing to find product/market fit, and have the growth skillset to scale it You love conducting qual and quant research/testing as part of your decision making process You have great communication skills and are able to sell your position to all levels of stakeholders You believe building relationships across the org is critical to the success of your products and are comfortable with stakeholder management, and gaining leadership buy-in Proclivity to deliver is part of your product DNA: successful shipments of products/features, test results, and/or learnings Bonus: Software experience in creating products that require collaboration with multiple engineering teams Bonus: Can leverage SQL queries to pull data We're Excited About You Because You Are passionate about our mission and have a unique vision for how we can create a differentiated site user experience that matches offerings to user needs based on deep empathetic understanding.

Starting Salary: $100,000 - $147,500*
