We are seeking an experienced Sr Product Manager or Director to lead our in-store applications and services team.
This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and execution of our POS and Kitchen applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Product Management, with a keen understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
At Qu you will: Leadership and Strategy: Lead the in-store applications and services team, setting the strategic vision and roadmap for our POS and Kitchen applications.Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.Customer Focus: Gather and prioritize customer feedback, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of restaurant operators and guests.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.What we're looking for: Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects and teams.
Experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry is preferred but not required.Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
