Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to guide product strategy and development.Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers through various channels to gather feedback and understand their challenges and desires. Transform these insights into actionable product features and improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, underwriting, and development teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and marketing strategies.Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with market trends and company goals. Ensure the product vision is effectively communicated across all levels of the organization.Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products and market activities.
