As a Product Manager you are responsible for driving the overall product strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs.
You will lead client working sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document the strategic project goals, business requirements and functional requirements and works closely with the Engagement Manager and Technical Architect to document requirements used to inform the User Experience, Design, and Development teams.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviewsProvide solution recommendations based on product capabilities, client needs and best practicesElicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIsAct as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap development, and sprint retrospectivesProvide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, author content, and perform UATCreate processes, identify efficiencies, seamlessly manage resources and projects and assist with estimates and budgetsRequirementsBachelor's degree, preferred in business, marketing, or a technology-related field8 years of experience analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, user scenarios, and process flow diagramsWorking knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologiesExperience launching 3 or more IT platforms/software for Enterprise AccountsExperience leading a website implementation project from discovery through developmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in an agency or consulting settingSubject Matter Expert in a particular technology or verticalStrong client- and internal-facing communication skillsAbout Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110,000 – $130,000 plus benefits.
Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor.
We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
