We are hiring aSeniorProduct Manager(SPM)tojointheStaff Experienceteam and ownclinical staff satisfaction and efficiency, serving the clinical care teams from our customers that use theWellframeplatform to deliver digital care services to theneediestmembers in healthcare.Youwill be a key leader inenablingbusiness growth by launchingcoreplatformenhancements and capabilities acrosstheWellframebusiness as we grow across more complex customer footprints, workflows, and an enable a broader ecosystem acrossdigital care management.You will make high judgment decisions, present persuasive cases to executive leadership and have enduring impact on the future ofWellframe'sdigitalplatformand care delivery at scale.

We are looking for a customer-obsessed,sharp,and tenacious SPM to own and execute the overallstaff experience and satisfactionproduct strategyfocused onstaff experience, run experiments to revise that strategy, and tackle large initiatives that makeWellframesupportour growthneeds at increasing scale.

Candidates will be expected to have an established background in product development, excellent project management skills,great communicationskills, anda motivationto achieve results in afast-pacedenvironment.
You should enjoy diving deep into complex problems, and center around data,insights,andbetsto defineobjectives, measure progress and meet goals.
As aSeniorPM forWellframe, you will be responsible for driving a best in classclinical staff experienceby (1)enabling capabilities that improve ourstaff NPS, (2)improvethe clinical workflows and experienceof the platform across dynamic customer footprints, (3) partnering withcustomers,stakeholdersto execute and optimizethe clinical staff experiencein line with your vision (4) analyzing the currentcustomer and internal scalability, running experiments, and recommending short and long-term strategic initiatives to improve it.
You will have an eye for creating exemplary healthcareplatformexperiences, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous testing.
You will hold a high bar for measurement of feature impact and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts.
You will learn from and share bestpractices acrossWellframeteams.

Your Impact:

Work with the leadership team to set strategy, define the product, and makeappropriate high-judgmenttrade-offs between features and speed-to-launch.
Use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of the product roadmap, and customerdiscovery andvalidation.
Engage withinternal and external partnerteams toidentifygrowth enablementopportunities and driverelevantplatformproduct initiatives

Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Creation of communication mechanisms for collaboration across health businesses.
Effective communication with Senior and VP level partners both written and verbal

Own andmaintainyour productvision, strategy,roadmapand backlog.
Create and communicate a vision forstaff experience & satisfactionacross the digital care management ecosystem, extending out to the broader care teams from payors to value based care

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree(B.S.
or B.A)

6-10years of relevant experience, with 5-8 as a Product Manager at an organization delivering SaaS

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with featurediscovery, user research,deliveryand tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience inDigital Health/ Healthcare

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience inrepresentingand advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Advanced user of Excel including Pivot tables, charting, and more

Advanced user of Microsoft Office / Word / PowerPoint

Bonus Points:

In-office presence at our Boston, MA office is ideal, but not required

Works well independently and effectively in fast-paced, agile environment

Highly motivated to be perceived as a strong performer and to impact results

Takes a pragmatic approach to solving problems, while still being able to articulate a story and vision for where a given project will help a company or product head

Ability to inject creative tension through structures and influence other stakeholders

Ability to handle a wide range of trade-offs and competing priorities across a portfolio

Hungry to learn and open to coaching, feedback, and from challenges

Oriented towards leading and modeling best practices for the entire team's benefit and can coach/guide/mentor other product managers with leading practices, core disciplines

Effectively brings a team together to solve a difficult problem, and navigate barriers decisively while taking stakeholder opinions and feedback into considerationpartnering with design, engineering, customer support, sales, marketing

Very goal-oriented, and motivated to make an impact ongrowth,member conversion, engagement, and clinical outcomes; not afraid to be held accountable for these results

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to clearly communicate with vendors, partners, and customers

Proactively and independently form trusting relationships with leadership, CSO, Engineering, clients,design, other stakeholders,customersand end users

Be a source of inspiration, both internally and externally, for customers about our ability to break down a complex story or problem into a simple explanation or story and tone-switch for Engineering, client, and executive audiences

Experience in using product and analytical tools such as Looker, Confluence, JIRA
