TreviPay is on a mission to help businesses grow by enabling online b2b billing and payments. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and self-motivated Product Manager to join our growing team.
As a member of our Product & Technology team, you will be delivering high-quality, well-tested software from front to back with a focus on security and maintainability.
What Will I be doing?
•Work with executive stakeholders, engineering team, and peers to build and execute the automotive strategy.
•Be a strategic thinker than can build a present and future roadmap
•Write user stories, detailed acceptance criteria
•Explain "the why" behind any product feature decision
•Analyze, manage, iterate and track the continued success of features in production
•Demonstrate ability to perform product gap, competitive and marketplace analysis
•Lead/participate in agile ceremonies: design sessions, retros, demos, etc.
•Intake needs and priorities from many internal/external stakeholders
•Analyze, assess and articulate impact and cost of competing priorities
•Be a UX enthusiast and researcher (interviewing, customer journey mapping, etc.)
•Champion and participate in testing to deliver a great product (prototypes, A/B, beta, UAT, etc.)
•Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement
•Empower team members to try new ideas and innovate
•Hands-on go-to-market contributor that can sell and market the product
•Be a product evangelist, problem solver and entrepreneur
What Do I Need to Succeed?
•At least 7+ years experience as a product manager or similar role in a SaaS technology company or startup
•Ability to travel up to 5%
•Experience in automotive, payments or finance technology
•Banking industry experience is a plus
•Be a strong advocate for users
•Have a talent for building simple, elegant solutions for complex software.
•Hands on experience using Figma, InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, and Lucid charts for concept prototyping, wireframing, and visual design.
•Experience using JIRA or Trello for tracking, planning, and functional specification documentation.
•Ability to work in an Remote Agile environment
•Experience with concept and usability testing and a design thinking approach to problem solving
•Be able to communicate best practices for design and reasoning behind UX decisions to key stakeholders
•Be familiar with building and following great design systems
•Be able to function and work with teams in a remote environment.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
