The Senior Product Manager must have experience in E-Commerce Merchandising in the travel or retail industry.
Responsibilities:
Experience with agile software development processes, requirements management, and project management using JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools.Demonstrated experience in managing promotional and personalization strategies.Strong knowledge of the e-commerce space, including competitive strategies.Adapt to change and constantly improve.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across the organization.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate strong ownership/commitment, and have proven leadership experience in managing online marketing initiatives across teams.Develop standard operating procedures for distributing promotions, merchandising, optimization, and personalized messaging across the websites.Collaborate with the marketing and revenue management teams to develop and execute targeted promotions and messaging that drive conversion.Partner with BI, Content, Product Teams, and Personalization leads to drive deals and product recommendations.Develop and implement merchandising efforts to mitigate site abandonment and make data-driven decisions to improve results.Work directly with the BI teams to drive the overall strategy of site personalization. Activate CDP audiences on websites to drive optimal personalization and conversion.Create and execute a strategic roadmap to deliver personalized messaging, offers, and recommendations, pairing the right offer for the right product to the right segment at the right time.
