Join our Confluence Mobile team as we make our native iOS and Android mobile apps a world-class experience for our customers and end users. You will be reporting to the product lead for Content Types and Mobile.
You will lead the mobile features that directly drive engagement as well as grow the adoption of Confluence mobile within our largest Enterprises, specifically focusing on the core content consumption and editing experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the product roadmap for our mobile apps along with other Mobile PM's and communicate to leadership as appropriate.Conduct customer research, market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and inform the product roadmap.Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels to inform product decisions and improve user experience.Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and launch new features and products.Understand the mobile customer journey and use cases to create a solid roadmap of initiatives to grow Confluence Mobile app.Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement/experimentation, and drive product decisions in alignment with the organizational goals.Regularly conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize features.Work closely with other PM's and cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate feature prioritization across web and mobile.More about youYou love working hard to make capabilities as amazing as possible for customers. On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
5 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing software company.Exceptional ability to prioritize opportunities, balance the needs of our Enterprise customers with those of our business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions.Experience building and launching successful Mobile (iOS and Android) apps and features. Showcase of compelling apps and innovative features you have worked on will go a long way.Strong understanding of mobile technologies, UX/UI principles, and agile development methodologies.You love obsessing over your customers, and working directly with design and engineering to ship delightful products.It's great, but not required, if you have:
BE/BS/BA with an emphasis in technology; Masters or MBA preferred.Experience working on AI features.Understanding of the Apple and Google app store ecosystem.Experience working on Enterprise grade mobile apps.More about our teamThe Confluence Cloud Mobile team delivers value to customers faster by providing them a seamless native mobile app experience.

Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $162,000 - $216,000Zone B: $145,800 - $194,400Zone C: $134,500 - $179,300This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
