Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.
You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver on the company's vision and strategy.
This role will involve significant communication with our clients, focusing on understanding their needs and aligning our offerings with their expectations.
Additionally, we are looking for someone with go-to-market (GTM) strategy experience to drive the product's business success and ensure its alignment with market opportunities.
Responsibilities:Act as the product expert and advocate, effectively communicating value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.Manage the full lifecycle of specific products, from ideation and business case development to launch and growth.Serve as the product leader for the agile development team, create specs, lead planning, and monitor KPIs.Define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs and customer feedback.Visit construction job sites to gather first-hand insights and validate product use cases.Collaborate with marketing to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateral.Maintain tone of voice with marketing and design department.Customer Engagement:Work with sales and customer success teams to gather customer feedback, identify use cases, and refine product-market fit.Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and webinars to share product insights and gather market intelligence.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure product readiness and alignment with market needs.Support sales enablement efforts by providing tools, training, and resources to drive product understanding and adoption.Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key product and market metrics to evaluate the success of outbound strategies.Use data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on product management experience.Proven experience with SaaS B2B products - must!Proven experience in a startup company - must!Experience in companies in the construction industry - big advantage!Demonstrated success managing the product lifecycle from ideation to execution.Go-to-market (GTM) strategy experience.Strong focus on business development and alignment with market opportunities.Ability to communicate effectively across multi-functional and multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.The role includes visiting clients in the New York area.This position is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping BiltOn's success and expanding its impact on the construction industry.
Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000
