Cortica is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its growing team!
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate customer satisfaction. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with clinical stakeholders to identify opportunities to build an exceptional patient experience and to find innovative ways to solve them by working closely with the design and development team.

What will you do? Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, market trends, and customer needs. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, through prioritization of features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and resource constraints. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, clinical, and marketing to ensure seamless and timely execution of the product roadmap. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and continued support and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, defining requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and use data-driven insights to iterate on the product strategy. Champion a user-centric approach by working closely with UX/UI teams to ensure product designs align with user needs, usability, and overall product goals. Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the product management function. We'd love to hear from you if: You bring 3+ years of product or program management, product marketing, or technology experience. You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. You have experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. You have experience with end-to-end product delivery. You have experience as a product manager or owner and owning technology products. The base pay range for this opening is $128,800 to $161,000. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.\
