About the role Kenect is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and build our suite of digital experience products. You will be responsible for the
strategy, roadmap, and execution for these core products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with Kenect's vision. Working closely with
engineering, product design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams,you'll drive initiatives that strengthen our communication platform, improve
user engagement, and fuel business growth for thousands of companies
What You Will Be Doing Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital experience products (campaign management, content creation, and other tools) to meet customer needs and company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products and features, from ideation through launch and optimization. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, adoption and usage patterns, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize features. Drive product development by creating detailed requirements, managing backlogs, and partnering closely with engineering and design. Monitor product performance, gather insights from data, and iterate on features to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Be accountable for product adoption and maximize P&L performance by monitoring key metrics and making data-driven decisions. Serve as the internal and external expert for communication products, articulating product value to stakeholders and customers. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and senior leadership. Skills & Qualification 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or Martech products for digital marketing channels. Proven track record of managing and delivering successful product lines with measurable impact. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Experience working in an agile development environment.
