Your mission As Senior Product Manager, you'll be pivotal in setting the product strategy and intent for the company. It is a dream role for someone who wants to push the boundaries of health wearables, leveraging a novel non-invasive, continuous health monitoring technology combining traditional health wearable markers with new metabolic markers such as glucose. The role will be responsible for building core features of the mobile app, working closely with the in-house ID, HI and engineering team. It resides in the Product department and reports to the CPO.
You'll be responsible for:
Product Vision & Communication:Partner with CPO to set and communicate a clear product vision to stakeholders, the team, and the organization. Establish business value and messaging for each feature.
Product Development & Delivery: Define and own the product strategy from inception to production (features, roadmaps, and OKRs). Drive sprint release plans, manage interdependencies, and conduct stakeholder reviews.
Requirements & Prioritization: Translate the vision into detailed requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and manage the backlog, allocate resources, and ensure on-time and in-budget feature delivery.
Customer Centricity: Understand the customer experience deeply and be the top advocate of the customer. Challenge the status quo, identify product gaps, and drive out-of-the-box ideas for improvement and growth.
Decision-making & Urgency: Drive cross-functional decision-making based on business and customer impact. Demonstrate urgency, working closely with design and engineering teams for product delivery.
Your profile 5+ years experience as a product manager for well-loved consumer, health tech, fitness or wearable products.
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing teams to identify and drive novel solutions to market.
Previous experience collaborating with designers and developers in an agile framework and with agile planning tools such as Jira to deliver products.
Demonstrated experience in presenting and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive business results.
Previous experience leveraging business and product data to drive decision making (defining, tracking, and analyzing OKRs to act).
Experience in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
