The Jobs Marketplace team is the team that matches our hiring customers to prospective candidates via jobs on LinkedIn. This PM will focus on raising the bar on how we deliver value to our customers by improving our value delivery optimization systems.
Responsibilities Empathize with problems job seekers and hirers face, and identify the highest impact problems to be solvedMake data-driven decisions on how best to solve marketplace challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sourcesDrive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirementsPartner across the hiring ecosystem to grow our understanding of customer valueContribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learningQualifications Basic Qualifications BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience7+ years of experience in product managementPreferred Qualifications Experience working on AI-driven advertising optimization systems - e.g., bidding, pacing, RoI optimizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to pull and analyze dataMS degree in a technology-related fieldAbility to collaborate and lead strategy across multiple teams with strong systems thinkingSuggested Skills Artificial IntelligenceAd optimizationAnalysisProduct strategyLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $146,000-$238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
