Senior Product Manager, Measurement

As a Senior Product Manager of Measurement, you'll be the driving force behind the analytics and measurement experiences that fuel our industry-leading products including feature management, experimentation, and release observability.
You'll be responsible for shaping the future of how our customers understand and interact with their data, giving them real-time insights into feature rollouts, experiments, and monitored releases.
This includes owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key feature areas including metrics, analytics and the underlying platform components that process and serve customer data at web scale.
You'll be a key player in a collaborative environment, working closely with talented engineers, designers, and data scientists to bring your vision to life.
You'll also be the voice of the customer, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure we're delivering exceptional data-driven experiences.
Responsibilities:Lead the Charge: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's measurement and analytics experiences, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.Build and Deliver: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, design, and marketing teams.Obsess Over Customers: Be a tireless advocate for our customers, deeply understanding their needs and pain points to ensure our products deliver maximum value.Own the Outcome: Act as the general manager for the Measurement product line, taking P&L responsibility and driving product adoption and growth.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.Go-To-Market Guru: Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, support) to develop and execute impactful go-to-market strategies.Qualifications:Data-Driven DNA: 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on data, analytics, and observability products.Leadership Drive: Demonstrated entrepreneurial or leadership activities.
You're a self-starter who can take initiative and drive results.Proven Success: A track record of successfully bringing data-intensive products to market, from concept to launch and scale.Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data management, data engineering, and related technologies.
You're comfortable working with senior engineers to make critical product and infrastructure decisions.Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
You can translate complex data into actionable insights.Communication Maestro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Customer Champion: A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with a deep understanding of how customers use and interact with data products.Strategic Thinker: Experience partnering with customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define and execute a strategic product roadmap.Experimentation Expertise: Experience with A/B testing or other forms of online experimentation including a foundational understanding of the data science behind them are highly valued.Pay:Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P4 : LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
