We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the mobile and web app experience for the Arlo ecosystem.
This role will be instrumental in driving customer delight by improving app ratings, NPS scores, and overall user satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Design, and Sales, to deliver innovative and intuitive app experiences that exceed user expectations.
Responsibilities: Define and execute the product roadmap for the Arlo mobile and web apps: Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and market trends. Defining and prioritizing product features and functionalities based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives. Creating and maintaining detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories. Lead the development and launch of new app features and functionalities: Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience. Managing product launches and go-to-market strategies. Drive continuous improvement of the app experience: Monitoring app ratings, NPS scores, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyzing user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. Implementing iterative improvements to the app based on user feedback and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Additional Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Arlo customer: Conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Analyzing user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Building user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors. Lead the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features: Working with stakeholders to define and prioritize product goals and objectives. Developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs. Prioritizing features based on value, feasibility, and impact. Develop and manage product budgets and timelines: Working with engineering and finance teams to develop and manage product budgets. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders: Communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization. Presenting product updates and roadmaps to executive leadership. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies: Attending industry conferences and events. Reading industry publications and blogs. Conducting competitive analysis. Mentor and guide junior product managers: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior product managers. Sharing knowledge and expertise with the product team. Fostering a culture of learning and growth within the product organization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): App store ratings and reviews NPS scores Customer satisfaction scores App downloads and active users Time to market for new features Budget adherence Customer churn rate Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on mobile and web app development. Proven track record of successfully launching and growing consumer-facing mobile and web apps. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Experience with home security or IoT products is a plus. The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between $137,000 – 183,280/year, plus equity.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including bonus, equity, and a full range of benefits.
