Role Overview: We're looking for a Sr. Product Operations Manager to help take FuturHealth's Product team to the next level! In this role, you'll be focused on creating and implementing tools, systems, and processes that streamline our work and drive adoption and adherence. We need someone with experience who can tackle challenges independently and help the Product team work more efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do Create and manage systems to gather and synthesize product feedback effectively. Implement tools to streamline how we intake and analyze product feedback. Ensure that important issues are addressed promptly by tracking bugs and escalations within set service level agreements (SLAs). Create clear reporting mechanisms that keep key stakeholders aligned and informed on progress. Establish and maintain high-integrity commitment frameworks to help us stay on track with critical projects. Facilitate the product planning cycle to align strategy, resource allocation, roadmap planning, and outcome measurement. Oversee essential practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including launch processes, opportunity assessments, and product specifications. It's a perfect match if you have: 5+ years of experience in product operations or product management within B2C wellness companies. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Productboard. History of successfully leading projects from start to finish, resulting in significant operational improvements and measurable business impact. A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" attitude that thrives in a hands-on environment. The pay range for this role is $115,000- $230,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
