About this role:
Payouts is a $1T revenue market globally in 2024, expected to grow athigh-single-digits over the next 5 years. We are looking for a product expertwho is ready to upscale how Worldpay can move money for our 1m customers.As a Senior Product Manager - Payouts you will be responsible for ideating andowning the build and integration of new solutions and capabilities into ourPayouts product for our customers.
About the team:
Worldpay has a dedicated Payouts team, spanning Product, Strategy,Commercialization and Sales. You will sit within the Product team,collaborating closely with our wider change delivery function and commercialteWorking within the Payouts Product team for WorldPay you will operate as aleader of change, acting on behalf of our current and future customers. Youwill own multiple customer experiences and be tasked with innovating on ourcurrent capabilities and/or designing new solutions to emergingopportunities, for measurable benefit. You will own delivery end to endsupported by dedicated Engineering resource and Operations expertise fromacross the business.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:* Understands the company strategy, market, industry, and client goalsand applies this understanding to assigned product space to create a productstrategy.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and deliveryphases with overall business objectives.* Articulates how their product's strategy fits into the overall companyvision & strategy
Ways of Working:* Ability to guide development teams utilizing Agile software developmentprinciples to build and deliver software applications that meet customer andcompany goals
Product Lifecycle Management:* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, andongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business.* Owns backlog creation and prioritization down to acceptance criteria level.* Work closely with development leads to prioritize features and improvementsbased on customer and market needs.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitoractivities within the card issuance landscape.* Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for productdifferentiation and improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for our solutions andregularly assess product performance.* Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implementimprovements, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Experience you will bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical andnon-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex technical detail andalso aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technicaland executive audiences.
3 years + Product Management experience
You place the customer at the heart of every decision you make.
Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical, andbusiness requirements.
Deep knowledge of payouts customer experience
Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments.
Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and peopleskills.
