Arta is seeking a Product Manager to join our talented Bay Area HQ.
You'll play a key role in developing new consumer finance experiences for an emergent investing class.
You'll join the ranks of Arta's seasoned Product Management team building our ever simpler, more beautiful, and intuitive web and mobile experiences.
You'll collaborate directly with local Engineering, Quant Research, Marketing, and Member Success teams to build the future of the digital family office.
What You Will Do Drive product development end-to-end on the features that apply LLM, machine learning and research to financial services Develop automated public market investment strategies Develop structured products and make them more accessible Foster collaborative, high-trust working relationships with Engineering, Financial Researchers, User Experience, and Customer Success both collocated and remote Lead cross-functional alignment on requirements or constraints that impact end-user experience Follow and contribute to Arta's evolving products and features Contribute to development of internal/external communications around key features alongside Marketing, Compliance, and Member Success Teams Who You Are Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of experience in product management, co-founder, or a related technical role with an experience of developing and launching fintech products Have experience in AI/ML or LLM to build financial platform/product Have experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction Able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority Ideally located in the Bay area to work from our Mountain View office a few times per week What We Offer Robust health insurance offering for you and your family High deductible health plan available with health savings account contribution 20 weeks of parental leave 15 days PTO annually plus national and company holidays
Arta's Compensation Philosophy
We determine your level based on factors including your interview performance, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our offers are based on salary bands that are updated periodically using market benchmarks and consider geographic location as well (for example, higher cost regions like San Francisco or New York).
If you are presented with an offer, we will review the base salary, benefits, number of options, notional option value and strike price.
We would like to know if you accept our offer within 7 days.
Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
IC I: $110,000-$180,000
IC II: $160,000-$230,000
IC III: $180,000-$300,000
