Senior Product Manager (Remote)Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a Product Manager, responsible for connecting Client's Product Lead and Product Managers with offshore resources to successfully build, test and deliver self-service digital enhancement for Client customers.
Someone who can work with Client resources to refine requirements, and capable to understand and articulate the user experience, technical infrastructure, and project goals, ensuring product vision is being met.
Effectively communicates between groups, resolving questions and issues in a timely manner.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:Drive results for all aspects of digital product delivery for our clients from advising on product vision through ongoing production releasesRun the day-to-day aspects of key client engagementsCreate and maintain a product backlogRun agile ceremonies with globally distributed team membersFacilitate communication between client partners and development team membersProvide product demos and presentations to clientsMonitor and proactively communicate project health through metricsMaintain balance of budget, scope, and schedule according to engagement termsCoordinate and run product launch activitiesFacilitate product usability testing sessionsDrive new business and promote mutually successful client engagements, renewals, and expansion of servicesRun requirements gathering workshops with clientsWork with team members to produce estimates for client proposalsAdvise current clients on product direction and work directly with delivery teams on technical optionsFind opportunities for new workstreams and solutions within current engagementsContribute to the Product Management practice through knowledge sharing and consistent demonstration of leading delivery practicesRequired QualificationsBS or BA degreeStrong experience and understanding of software development technologiesProduct ownership experienceAbility to translate a client's potentially ambiguous vision all the way through into a detailed, technically sound product solutionDemonstrated problem-solving experience for complex business challengesStrong Agile product management backgroundLean requirements gathering and story mapping experienceAbility to pick up technical and business concepts quicklyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and project management skillsAbility to lead by influenceWillingness to travel up to 30%Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $47,975 – $113,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
