About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative AI-powered behavioral health solutions. You will collaborate across multiple teams to drive the product strategy and vision, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed the expectations of our users. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn quickly in a new environment, with a passion for creating impactful products and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Your goal will be to enhance the user experience for both providers and internal teams, driving growth and optimizing performance through innovative product solutions.
Responsibilities Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platforms that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency for our providers and clients.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop product requirements that align with business goals and user needs.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product development and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly product features that deliver measurable value to our businesses and its customers.Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business impact.Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.Monitor product performance and user engagement, making data-informed decisions to iterate and improve the product continuously.Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs in all aspects of product development and decision-making.Communicate product vision, progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Ability to work in-person in our San Francisco office 5 days/week.Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-related applications.Proven experience building and launching products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Start-up / Founder experience preferred.Proven experience collaborating with business partners to prioritize the product roadmap and drive innovation that delivers high ROI.Experience working closely with global engineering and design teams to deliver a cohesive product vision.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights to drive product decisions. Experience in SQL is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000. Total compensation may also include stock options. Note that total compensation will be determined based on each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
