Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain trust with clients, teams, and vendors, influencing without authority.Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and market trends to help clients maintain a competitive edge.Collaborate with system architects to prioritize system improvements.Work closely with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers to ensure alignment on program objectives.Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage projects efficiently.Define clear product goals, success metrics, and KPIs to drive measurable business outcomes.Act as the customer advocate, ensuring the team's work is aligned with customer needs.Translate product vision into a detailed, prioritized roadmap and write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Create and use customer journey maps to guide product development and validate outcomes through user acceptance testing.Lead ideation workshops with cross-functional teams to identify new product ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options.Develop a product vision and roadmap focused on Martech Personalization, using market research and design thinking to keep the customer at the center of decisions.Partner with Digital Marketing, IT teams, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and deliver transformative product propositions that enhance customer experience.Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing product management.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and best practices.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and design thinking.
