The Kindle Content and Physical Books team is looking for a passionate and visionary Senior Product Manager who loves to innovate and create world-class customer experiences that will enhance the product availability and reading experience of Books customers. This includes end-to-end ownership of innovative new features that advance our vision of becoming the preferred destination for customers to purchase and read books across our business.
As the WW Senior Product Manager for shipping costs improvement (Free Cash Flow initiatives), you will drive efforts across the WW Books organization to optimize shipping methods, improve placement, reduce sortability defects, and improve item dimension accuracy. This is a highly visible role with responsibility and ownership of senior-level goals to drive down the cost to ship for WW Books.
This role will partner with Amazon Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Transportation, and internal stakeholders (including Print on Demand) while owning the product roadmap strategy and execution. The Senior Product Manager's work will directly influence the shopping experience of millions of customers by improving their shopping experience and championing this vision across the company will be a key part of your role.
About the team:
The Books Operational Excellence team operates cross-functionally, partnering closely with Retail, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver results. This is a highly visible position that includes interactions with leaders across the organization – from senior Books leaders through systems and operations managers – to drive alignment and deliver results.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
