Your RoleThis is an exciting career opportunity in a Worldwide Product Organization, where you will help evaluate, envision, design, and implement a new generation of products and solutions that are transformational in nature. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying innovative and practical features to build, work closely with the engineering organization to help build them, and interface with customers and customer-facing teams to take our solution to market. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in this space and to help build a state-of-the-art SaaS Decisioning Platform to modernize the construction industry.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager for the Slate Intelligence Platform, you will lead the exploration of requirements and help develop cutting-edge features and tool kits for our SAAS Platform for the AEC Industry. You will work with customers, customer-facing teams, software developers, and executives to frame the product features and go-to-market strategy. You will define system requirements, set milestones, and lead the exploration of how to apply practical solutions through our product features to real-world problems in the AEC domain.Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand key challenges and requirements. Translate these insights into product requirements, use cases, and workflows that address market needs and prioritize the team's work.Work with diverse Research and Engineering teams to explore appropriate solutions and technologies that can empower multiple personas in the AEC industry.Think out-of-the-box and come up with creative solutions to help address customer challenges and translate that into product features.Take ownership of the solution in all phases – requirements, analysis, proof of concept, helping develop and deliver the product to market and follow up with customers post-implementation.Be current with the modern technology stack. Skills and Experience8+ years of experience in software product management roles, with at least 2 years of experience managing commercially-available solutions.Experience with SAAS.Proficiency with data domains and ontologies related to AEC space.Demonstrated expertise in working in a commercial product development environment with shipped products.Working knowledge of Industry challenges and best practices.Current or prior experience as a Solutions architect.Practical experience with a Construction solution implementation is a big advantage.Hands-on proficiency with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.Current on knowledge of Cloud solutions and happenings in the AI space.Comfortable in a globally dispersed team.
