Senior Product Manager - Tech, Device Advertising

The Amazon Devices is looking for an experienced product manager (technical) to drive ad products and experiences for Alexa devices.
We are happiest when we're exploring new ideas, new opportunities, new technology and new Amazon products with the goal of expanding the offers and deals we provide to our customers.
We are continually experimenting with new models that will delight our device customers with cool stuff they really want.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who can help define and create a new ad products and monetization strategies through customer experience and product alignment with other Amazon groups.
This role will focus on building new advertising experiences for Alexa.
You'll be responsible for the product roadmap, from market and competitive research to go-to-market strategy, customer adoption and feedback.
This is a leadership position that requires both the ability to drive long-term strategic thinking as well be able to have a fair amount of technical depth as it will require close engagement with software engineers, an ability to imagine great new customer and advertiser experiences and getting the hands dirty trying out ideas, experimenting and refining the program.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
