As a Senior Product Manager for Last Mile Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our Trust & Safety and Fraud capabilities.
In this role you will… - Define, develop, and enhance products: You will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategies, and manage risks.
- Strategy and Vision: Identify strategies and a vision for your products using domain expertise, industry best practices, market opportunities, and business cases.
- Test and Learn: Define A/B tests with analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and communicate results effectively using data and UX narratives.
- Collaboration: Build cooperative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities with business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and securing executive leadership approval.
- Direction: Provide overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

- Experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
