The team leads the end to end lifecycle of the World ID; all user experiences and related developer experiences. The goal of the World ID team is to enable a decentralized identity protocol that any developer can contribute to and build upon. World ID is built on Web3 with privacy, security and data self custody as cornerstone product principles.

Building at global scale with local relevance Building a global developer community Bridging the experience gap between Web2 and Web3 Putting users in full control of their data enabling data minimization at internet scale Introducing a new digital credential to the digital identity ecosystem About the Opportunity: As a Product Manager on World ID, you will be the internal and external evangelist and overall accountable lead for the features that you lead. You will lead and influence across the entire product development life cycle from concept to requirements to enabling engineering to go to market. You will define the strategy and own the success metrics and delivery in line with the top priorities of the Worldcoin project.
In this role, you will: Own, define and lead a multi-year roadmap for World ID features understand the user and developer needs fully, engaging with them regularly, to inform the product roadmap own all metrics and analytics related to your roadmap work with the broader World ID team to define the long term strategic roadmap About You: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant domain (e.g. fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, DeFi). Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences is a plus. Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences. Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or previous experience in an engineering or design-focused role highly preferred. Experience as a former founder or IC defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy and design for a variety of products and features, ideally across mobile-first experiences. Proven ability to design processes, navigate ambiguous environments, and synthesize high-level goals into actionable roadmaps. Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience. You have a bias towards action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
