The Role:As Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product's growth and the key player in making our market presence impossible to miss.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
Create compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences
Conduct market research and act as voice of the market
Gather competitive intelligence and lead our competitive strategy
Build competitive playbooks that position Siena as the #1 leader in our category
Build slides, narratives, and decks to effectively communicate product value
Craft engaging stories that resonate with potential customers and stakeholders
Develop and deliver webinars on a regular basis to educate and attract leads
Produce sales enablement materials and train sales teams
Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps
What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in product marketing in a technology company, preferably startup
Strong understanding of B2B software market and sales processes
Experience running virtual events
A marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at shifting gears quickly
A natural at understanding complex tech products and turning features into compelling stories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Top-tier communication, presentation, and data-crunching skills.
Attention to detail

Technical background
Familiarity with the latest AI trends and tools
