The North America Stores Deals Marketing team delights customers by driving discoverability of relevant deals and discounts year-round.
We are looking for a highly strategic, organized, and analytical Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our Prime Exclusive Promotions charter.
This role will have a high degree of leadership visibility and work closely with tech, product, and business partners to drive bar raising shopping experiences for Prime customers.
The ideal candidate is someone who excels at leading cross-functional partnerships, is comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment, has strong verbal and written communication, is curious to figure things out and build capabilities, and uses data and customer-focused judgement to back up recommendations.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the product development and experimentation roadmap to drive discoverability Prime Exclusive Promotions across the site.Partner with tech, product, UX and other stakeholders to build and execute new deals experiences for customers.Analyze experiment performance and provide regular reporting on learnings.
Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.Lead PRFAQs and other strategic documents to help drive the long-term deals marketing strategy.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and program managers across NASM to launch new deals content during both seasonal events and business-as-usual time periods.Participate and lead planning sessions and contribute to overall marketing strategy for North America Stores Marketing.A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will interact with Marketing, Creative, Product, Tech, and UX on a regular basis to bring new deals experiences to life for customers.
This will include both long-term strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing experiments.
You will regularly participate in brainstorming and strategy development meetings, and present plans and learnings to senior-level leadership across North America Stores.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plansPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysisExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
