About The Role & Team
Amplitude's mission is to help companies build better products. By building best-in-class teams, we create best-in-class products that customers love. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the San Francisco office two days a week.
As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will: Drive the product strategy through the execution of the Product team's monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes.Build and leverage deep subject matter expertise to lead go-to-market strategy of products shipped within all our products.Own and operationalize new cross-functional product processes that help drive alignment and deliver value to the business and to customers.Operationalize stepwise improvements to Amplitude's product development lifecycle.Execute on complex product initiatives that span multiple teams and functions.Ensure customer insights are central to product operations, influencing development and launch strategies.You'll be a great addition to the team if you have: You have 7+ years of experience working in product, strategy, or operations.You have worked closely with a product team before and have implemented processes that improved how they build and ship products.You have strong communication skills, and cross-group collaboration is your superpower.You have a track record of successfully executing complex cross-functional projects.You are comfortable working with leadership to drive high-visibility projects.You are nimble and resourceful; you can complete an ad-hoc request or execute a complex product initiative.You can solve a problem with strong attention to detail while also seeing the bigger picture.You demonstrate Amplitude's core values of humility, ownership, and growth mindset.You have experience in or a passion for learning the Analytics product domain.Who We AreThe Company: Amplitude is filled with humble, life-long learners who are eager to help one another and the company succeed.
