Senior Production Support Engineer - Remote (Oh, Ny) - Jobid462

Details of the offer

About Outcome Logix: We are a self-funded organization driven by a passion to reshape the hiring landscape, established in 2020 during the pandemic's peak. Recognizing a significant gap in the candidate submission process employed by most service companies, we embarked on a mission to revolutionize hiring and create an unparalleled experience for hiring managers and candidates. Before launching our professional staffing services, we invested in developing a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with an integrated interviewing platform. Our approach goes beyond the conventional practice of merely matching keywords on a resume. Instead, we meticulously align each requirement with a dedicated team comprising Recruiters, Account Managers, fractional Recruiting Managers, and industry experts who evaluate candidates based on core competencies. This meticulous process not only saves time and effort but also ensures that candidate submissions consistently exceed expectations. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Production Support Engineer to take ownership and influence the development, implementation, assessment, and support of our environments, applications, and platforms. This role will be pivotal in ensuring system health, performance, and availability, while mentoring junior engineers and advocating for technological advancement across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Platform Development & Maintenance: Lead clean, testable code development, perform code reviews, and manage application health across RHEL, Ubuntu, and Windows servers. Application Support & Deployment: Manage releases and troubleshoot multi-tier systems with tools like ServiceNow, GitLab, GitHub, CI/CD, Terraform, and GCP. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, set standards, and create technical documentation. Security & Compliance: Ensure security standards and address GRC issues. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams, management, and vendors to meet technical needs. Adobe Product Monitoring: Oversee Adobe Analytics, Experience Manager, Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, and Target. Qualifications: Experience with RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows, ServiceNow, GitLab, Terraform, GCP, and Jenkins. Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, YML, XML. Knowledge of Adobe products and GRC standards in development practices. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience mentoring and training junior engineers. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across various business units. Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.
