Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs across multiple organizations.• Develop program strategy and drive teams to deliver objectives.• Analyze data, drive improvements quantified by metrics.• Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, understand business problems and scaling factors.• Source, allocate, and coordinate resources across teams.• Determine project priorities in collaboration with customers and engineering teams.• Identify and mitigate risks, communicate and impact critical business initiatives.• Develop and implement KPI reporting, engage with other Amazon business units globally.• Manage budget for projects.
Requirements
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.• Experience in program strategy and end-to-end delivery.• Strong communication and leadership skills.• Ability to work autonomously and solve ambiguous problems.• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
