Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities/Duties

Ensure project performance aligns with schedule and cost budgets, negotiating changes with clients when necessary.
Make authoritative decisions impacting extensive construction activities.
Recommend personnel and allocate funds to meet organizational objectives.
Coordinate internal and external construction resources throughout project phases.
Review discipline-specific design deliverables for compliance and facilitate smooth field implementation.
Monitor design and quality compliance post-project completion.
Demonstrate proficiency in the design and construction of retail and restaurant buildings.
Review design scope criteria and quantities, coordinating with projects for additional estimating bases.
Establish conceptual scope for studies and scoping requirements for cost estimates.
Supervise and mentor a team of project managers in a construction environment, guiding project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
