The ideal candidate will drive development programs into production readiness, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality deliverables.
Overall Responsibility Lead and manage the transition of development programs into full-scale production.
Oversee the production lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals and customer requirements.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Engage with customers directly reporting on program status, requirements update, and responsible for overall positive customer experience.
