About the roleWithin our Operations & Member Experience organization (OMX), the Strategy & Innovation Team is responsible for defining OMX's multi-year strategy and serving as an incubation unit, identifying and proving out the next source of step-function improvement in Chime's support experience.
As a Senior Program Manager on our Strategy & Innovation team, you will be responsible for helping to build the future of member support experiences at Chime.
While many teams are focused on the here and now - you're constantly focused on what's next.
You will be responsible for partnering with teams across product, engineering, analytics, operations and more, to advocate for Chime members and build our strategy to best support them.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter who can look to the future and who has the project management expertise to make their vision a reality.
This role is best fit for someone who thrives in a flat, fast-moving organization, can comfortably navigate ambiguity, aligns diverse sets of collaborators, and confidently make data-driven decisions in an ever changing environment.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $180,600.
Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
