Responsibilities
• Preparing detailed spreadsheets to track and monitor contracts for appraisal and real estate advisory services• Acting as a liaison for overseas International Real Estate trade fairs• Participating in planning and conducting special studies, drafting reports of findings and recommendations• Monitoring progress of Division activities and preparing reports for Program Performance Reviews• Monitoring and reporting on activities and preparing materials for specific real estate programs• Preparing reports, briefings, and studies, including data collection and analysis• Maintaining transaction data files and electronic records
Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Citizen• Knowledge of research and analytical methodologies• Familiarity with U.S. government procurement practices and procedures• Skill in working with large electronic databases and standard office automation software• Ability to develop project papers and staff reports• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relations• Effective communication skills
