Utilizing your technical prowess, project management acumen, and leadership skills, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure projects. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough network discoveries and client onboarding, delivering infrastructure upgrades aligned with industry best practices. Resolve complex technical issues efficiently to uphold client satisfaction and minimize escalations. Maintain precise client documentation encompassing system configurations, changes, and best practices. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve efficient project completion. Track and report project metrics to demonstrate accountability. Contribute actively to refining internal processes and guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements. Collaborate with the IT team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior staff to foster growth and development. Demonstrate expertise in physical and virtual infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft environments. Stay updated on emerging technologies and pursue relevant certifications. Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering proactive solutions that drive their success. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years in relevant IT fields with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, or related field preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization, server administration, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment. Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and take ownership of outcomes
