About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in developing our Civil, Signalization and Underground operations.
In this critical role, you will coordinate and lead a variety of teams including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. The work is in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors, to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions in maintaining and expanding customer Civil, Signalization and Underground infrastructures.

\n What You Will DoOversee and take responsibility for the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project parameters, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources and budget.Clearly communicate expectations to team members and serve as a mediator between stakeholders and the project team.Proactively address and resolve any issues, providing effective problem-solving throughout the project's lifecycleEnsure the management of project scope, documenting and obtaining approval for any changes through change orders.Supervise, review, and coordinate equipment maintenance with Prime's Logistics TeamLead team to executing engineering activities, encompassing solution design, cost estimation, time estimation, engineering and construction analysis, onsite meeting support, and developing detailed project execution plans.Create and deliver presentations, write articles, or present information at meetings or conventions to exchange ideas and achieve objectives.Provide support and review the work done of others, ensuring that all applicable standards are met as well as inspect and perform QA/QC of projects.Actively procure new work opportunities and cultivate new relationships. What You Will Need to be Successful8 years of professional experience within operating and constructing WSDOT, SDOT and surrounding Municipalities is strongly preferred.Experience managing teams with operational responsibilities including materials, methods, and tools involved in Civil, Signalization and Underground duct bank construction.Experience in installation, termination and testing of power and communication cabling on signalization projects.Experience with 24/7 service support policies and procedures.Experience with reviewing plans, designs, and specifications of civil construction and other public or private facility projects.Experience with WSDOT/SDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction industry standards.Ability to interpret CAD design drawings.Familiarity with Graphical Information System (GIS), testing and commissioning of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), optical networks, wireless/cellular systems, SCADA, PLC, & CCTV systemsExperience working with teams to convert or import of redline or paper copies of drawings and data into CAD, GIS and/or Visio formats.Experience managing outside parties to engineer and construct infrastructures in underground or in-building construction environments.Strong computer skills with emphasis on construction tracking systems, Microsoft Office applications and Google SuiteExperience with identification and quantification of project impacts.Ability to use commercial judgment in customer relations.Demonstrated leadership managing people.Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work environment.Ability to work flexible hours and support on-call duties as required.
