Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion throughout the Twin Cities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure project objectives are met. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
